about

Story:
The crew is waiting for calls and information about the vital functions of the remaining troops on the ground. Another moon orbit elapses until they get a radio message “Save yourself!” they hear whisper a low voice. It is the troop leader of surface crew number 3. On the monitoring screen, they recognize that he is the last living member of all the crews. Seconds later, also his heart stops beating.
Dismayed, frightened and unknowing what had happened on the surface of this exomoon, but with all the captured equipment on board, the orbit crew starts its long journey back to the home planet.
Thirteen star orbits later Prometeo returns from its voyage and lands successfully on Aurelia’s surface. The consternation within the crew after waking up from the cryosleep is still present. The local civilization instead seems calm; since the message of the death of the crew there have elapsed thirteen years and so the sorrow is mostly gone. The crew presents the achieved devices; scientists bring them immediately to the best-known scientific institutes of that time.

lyrics

Lyrics:
Frightening silence, echo of death
One orbit elapsed, countless contact attempts
Yet there is no answer
Out of the blue radio noises emerge again
A last message: “Save yourself, retain!”
As the last heartbeat disappears
Paralysed by fear of death

These mighty ones control the equilibrium
These mighty ones decide between life and death
Extinguish life upon the final frontier
Dismayed, frightened, ignorant

A shudder runs down the spine
Life is not unique, the shattering truth
Set the sails and realign

Solo Christian Wieser

What is our role in this universe?
Where are our roots, where will we end?

When will we end?

Life is not unique, we`re not alone
Accept this perception and embrace the unknown
Life is not unique, we`re not alone
Embrace the unknown

We – need to leave this place
We – need to save ourselves
We – need to turn back home
We – need to set the sails

We – We need to set our sails

Frightening silence, echo of death
One orbit elapsed, countless contact attempts
Yet there is no answer
Out of the blue radio noises emerge again
A last message: “Save yourself, retain!”
