Story:
After numerous testing ships Prometeo 9 is completed, which will be the first interstellar spaceship. With induced cryosleep the 16-strong crew embarks on the journey to establish the long awaited direct contact with an extra-terrestrial civilization.
13 years of interstellar flight later, their mother ship enters the orbit of the exomoon. Immediately four daughter ships each with a 3-person crew are send out to explore the surface of the moon. The ground troops set foot on the surface while the orbit crew keeps surrounding the moon in a safety distance of 90km constantly keeping contact with all the crews. At first sight, the exomoon seems uninhabited but soon one of the troops discovers a ruin that surprisingly seems to refer to a destroyed populace. However, the destruction does not seem to have happened far in the past since there or almost no traces of weathering. The kind of destruction seems to suggest a past war. After an in-depth analysis of a cave with volcano appearance, the scientists expose it as landing place for flying objects. Some of the found devices still seem to be functioning. The explorers discover several weapons consisting of unknown biological materials. The devices obtain their energy from a strange, semi biological “battery”, but the exact source of said energy remains unclear at this time. The explorers pack as many devices as possible into a cargo ship and send it to the mother ship for a further, more detailed analysis.

Lyrics:
…and so the journey begins...
Dedicated, frenetic, undoubtedly triumphant
Lying in the cradle of science
In full feather, confident
Unconquerable
After a thirteen year long voyage
The target object steadily turns clearer
One last adjustment of flight data
The orbit of Prometheus gets nearer
And as the crew awakens
They see it, so gorgeous, so magnificent
No time is wasted, no long considerations
The final distance will soon be transcended
Soon the mood changes
Appearance of the trail of destruction
Fear and doubt reign, as they discover
The shattered remains of an alien superstructure
Set foot on this new world
Be the first on this exo world

The time has come
To take what is to take
Batteries, weaponry, liquids and more
Load the capsules with this mighty, precious treasure
After a thirteen year long voyage
The target object steadily turns clearer
One last adjustment of flight data
The orbit of Prometheus gets nearer
And as the crew awakens
They see it, so gorgeous, so magnificent
No time is wasted, no long considerations
The final distance will soon be transcended
